  • We power wash the home first.  This cleans the pollutants off of your home.

  • We scrape any loose and failing paint.  It is important that loose paint is removed to make sure that the paint lasts for a long time.

  • Next, we caulk all missing and failing wood to wood joints and gaps.  We use very expansive caulk so that the joints and gaps are sealed for a long time.

  • We then prime any areas that there are exposed components.  Primer sticks to surfaces better than paint alone.

  • Finally, we put on two coats of high quality top coat paint.  This finishes an exterior painting job the right way.
